Selection Steps

  1. Selection screening seeks skills, backgrounds and experiences that meet the top most desired job qualifications. 
  2. Pre-employment assessments (may include job simulations) provide a personalized way to explore job and career fit. 
  3. Individual and/or panel interviews incorporate both behavioral-based questions and assessment information to build a complete picture of the whole person.
